Meet the CEO

Woodline (Lynn) Gedeon

Founder & CEO

Woodline leads Kayou Global Consulting with a career spanning both the public and private sectors. She has managed federal and multilateral programs with USAID and UNOPS, worked on public sector initiatives with the New York State Governor's Office, and today leads compliance on major New York infrastructure and aviation projects. Her private enterprise clients range from construction and technology firms to independent consultancies. That range shaped a practice equally comfortable in a boardroom, a compliance office, or a program trailer.

She is multilingual in English, French, and Haitian Creole, holds certifications in project management, compliance, Agile delivery, and process improvement, and is a candidate for the IAPP Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional (AIGP) certification.
